If your order becomes ready outside that window, it rolls to the next applicable BBR business-day opening. Once your clock starts, your Action Map is targeted for delivery by 5:00 PM Eastern Time at the end of the second applicable BBR fulfillment business day after the clock-start day.
Cancellation & refunds
Before substantive analysis begins, you may request cancellation for a full refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges and cases where BTG cannot perform the service are also refundable. After substantive analysis begins, requests are reviewed based on work completed and circumstances.

Do you guarantee a business result?
